Salary Range: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (Based on experience)
Job Description:
The operations coordinator will bridge the company’s customer support and PRO teams.
This role ensures efficient task management, smooth communication, and timely updates to stakeholders, enhancing client service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordination & Workflow:
Act as the main liaison between customer support and PRO teams, managing tasks and tracking timelines.
Ensure smooth handover and follow-up on client requests and PRO-related services.
• Customer & PRO Support:
Act as the point of contact to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular updates and reports to management on task status and operational issues.
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of PRO and customer support in business setup.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
