Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 7,000 – 8,000
Requirement: Experience in UAE real estate and customer service during project handover is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Handle customer queries and resolve complaints while ensuring excellent service.
⦁ Assist clients with documentation, contracts, and scheduling property visits.
⦁ Stay informed about the company’s property portfolio, policies, and procedures to address client inquiries effectively.
