Thomsun Group is hiring an experienced Admin Executive with a background in the fire and safety maintenance sector. This pivotal role involves overseeing crucial administrative tasks to uphold operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervising client and vendor contracts, including renewals and tracking expiry dates.
– Generating detailed reports on service calls, maintenance schedules, engineer performance, and client feedback.
– Coordinating engineer schedules for timely service visits and managing any schedule adjustments or emergencies.
– Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing contract and service updates.
– Managing documentation, filing, and assisting the operations team as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
– Proven track record in administrative roles, specifically in fire and safety maintenance industry.
– Proficiency in contract management, scheduling, and fire safety regulations.
– Strong communication skills, adept in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
