Job Title: Recruiter

Salary: AED 5000 to AED 6000

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter based in Dubai to join our team immediately or within 1 month. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of UAE recruitment experience and be proficient in managing the full recruitment cycle for both IT and Non-IT roles. Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and compliance with UAE labor laws is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and address staffing needs.
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:
– At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
– Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and labor law compliance.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
