Hiring for ITSM Admin with Ivanti
Location: Dubai
Salary: 10,000 AED

Skills and Qualifications:
– Ivanti Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Ivanti ITSM solutions such as Ivanti Service Manager, Ivanti Asset Management, Ivanti Endpoint Manager, Ivanti Service Automation, etc.
– ITSM Experience: Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog management.
– Technical Skills: Experience in configuring and customizing Ivanti products and other related ITSM tools. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud technologies is beneficial.
