Position – Property Management Administrative Coordinator (HOLIDAY HOMES experience is required)
Responsibilities:
•Administrative Support
•Tenant Communication and Coordination
•Maintenance and Vendor Coordination
•Finalizing Onboarding of Apartments
•Rent Collection and Financial Documentation
•Reporting and Compliance
•Marketing and Property Promotion Support
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
