Job Opportunity: Civil Engineer (Tendering & Estimation Specialist)
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are a specialized construction company with over 18 years of market experience, seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will specialize in project pricing, bid preparation, and participation in governmental and semi-governmental tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Prepare competitive project pricing and cost estimates.
·        Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and project evaluations.
·        Develop and submit proposals for government and semi-government tenders.
·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
·        Analyze market trends and provide insights for competitive pricing strategies.

Qualifications:
·        Experience: Proven track record in tendering and estimation within the Saudi market.
·        Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
·        Technical Skills: Proficient in all relevant software for estimation, pricing, and project management.
·        Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi governmental and semi-governmental tendering processes.
