Are you an experienced Network Support Engineer ready to tackle challenging network issues in a dynamic 24/7 NOC environment? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Dubai!

🔧 Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in network operations, monitoring, and support within a 24/7 NOC environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong experience with Cisco & Huawei switches, Cisco & Huawei wireless controllers, and Cisco VOIP. SDWAN knowledge/certification is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for documenting issues and collaborating with team members.
• Certifications: CCNA is essential. CCNP certification is a plus.
• Availability: Willingness to work shifts or a 24/7 support model.
• Location: Must be currently based in UAE and able to join immediately.
